JENNA
Owner/CEO
Jenna grew up on a farm near Exeter, Nebraska. She graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2011. Prior to owning Grindstone, she spent 10 years working for Stanley Black and Decker (Dewalt) in various sales and marketing roles. That corporate experience equipped her well to make the transition to small business. Jenna currently serves as Owner/CEO of Grindstone. She's passionate about helping people tell their stories in a clear and concise manner. She especially enjoys conducting interviews behind the camera. When she isn't on set, she enjoys hanging out on the farm, reading, improving her chess game, and playing golf.
Fun fact: Jenna lived in Costa Rica for six months to study Spanish.

Joelle has a passion for creativity which, fueled by her academic journey culminating in a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Visual Communications, has channeled her artistic edge to carve a path in the world of creative collaboration and organization. She strives to breathe life into projects and thrives on being a collaborator, weaving her unique perspective and artistic finesse into concepts that leave clients excited to be in the spotlight.With a background in franchise marketing and graphic design, Joelle has a rounded and detailed perspective on brand development.
Fun Fact: Beyond her professional pursuits, she’s an avid traveler, a writer, a photographer, and a lover of gardening, infusing her off-hours with the same creative energy that defines her professional endeavors.
